Where does MADMIA EU ship to?
We ship to all countries within the European Union. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your specific location, but most orders arrive within 3-7 business days.
How should I wash my MADMIA socks to keep them looking bright?
To maintain the vibrant colors and 3D attachments, we recommend a cold hand wash or a gentle machine wash in a laundry bag. Always air dry and avoid tumble drying or bleaching.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, socks that have been tried on or removed from their packaging cannot be returned.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and several local European payment methods like Klarna and iDEAL.
Are MADMIA socks available in different sizes?
Most of our socks are designed as 'One Size Fits Most' for ages 6 to 99. We also offer a specific 'Toddler' size range for ages 3-5 to ensure the perfect fit for smaller feet.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Yes! As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey to your doorstep.
