Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all MADMIA labels and tags are still intact.
Ship the Package
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
